Do you ever feel like you give so much to others that there is nothing left for yourself?
You show up at work, at home, and in your relationships, yet inside you feel tired, anxious, or disconnected from your own joy.

If this sounds familiar, I see you. And you are not alone.

My name is Lovelyn Thiha. I am an integrative energy healer, trained psychotherapist, mother, eldest daughter, and founder of Lovelyn Healing Arts. I specialize in helping highly sensitive and over giving professionals and caregivers transform anxiety, overwhelm, and self-doubt into healthier relationships, divine purpose, and lasting joy.

I was born in Imus, Cavite, and moved to Whittier, California, with my family when I was nine. I was old enough to miss my cousins and the warmth of the Philippines, yet young enough to adapt quickly to a new culture.

That experience taught me how to bridge worlds between cultures, between logic and intuition, and between motherhood and professional life. It also prepared me to hold space for others learning to balance all the parts of themselves.
Later, it led me to bridge the worlds of psychotherapy and intuitive energy healing.
In each session, I partner with your higher self and Spirit guides to gently release energetic, emotional, and subconscious blocks that hold you back. Together, we go to the root of what no longer serves you so you can live with clarity, harmony, and balance.

More than a decade ago, I was struggling with chronic illness when I received my first Integrated Healing session. It was life changing. That session revealed the connection between my trauma, my physical pain, and my purpose. It answered questions I did not even know I had and awakened a deep remembering that I could heal myself and that I was divinely supported.
In that moment, I knew my true calling extended beyond traditional psychotherapy. It brought me back to myself and became the foundation of my life’s work.

Since then, I have devoted my life to mastering this art and studying energy medicine, intuitive development, and somatic bodywork under the guidance of gifted spiritual mentors. I have facilitated and witnessed more than a thousand transformative sessions for others on their own healing journeys.

Today, my greatest joy is helping others remember who they are, reconnect with their light, and come home to themselves.
You do not have to walk this path alone.
Your healing is sacred, and I would be honored to walk beside you.

When I am not guiding others on their healing journey, you can find me in the mountains camping, hiking, rock climbing or just enjoying Mother Earth. I also love dance, movement, traveling with my family, foodie adventures and gardening at our home in Pasadena.
