About Lovelyn

Lovelyn Thiha’s fusion of Integrated Healing Kinesiology, Clinical Social Work, Reiki, Psychological Intuition and Bodywork allows her to gently lead others to listen to their unconscious mind and embrace self-compassion.  She facilitates healing space for helping professionals and caregivers to nurture their abilities to receive and create transformational changes in all aspects of their life.  Through her integrative work, Lovelyn guides others to discover and address the root causes of their issues that prevent them from restoring their natural healing abilities.

Lovelyn was inspired to become a holistic practitioner after Integrated Healing contributed in liberating her from years of undiagnosed chronic physical pain, fatigue and anxiety. Her many years of providing psychotherapy for intensive services in multiple settings have led to an understanding of her community’s needs and the insufficient bridge between western and eastern medicine.  She has since dedicated her time providing complimentary integrated services for both children and adults while collaborating with a diverse group of western and eastern practitioners.

Lovelyn received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles and her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.  She is a State Licensed Massage Therapist, a Reiki Master, and Internationally Certified in Integrated Healing. She has completed more than 1000 hours of post-graduate training programs about complimentary holistic therapies. She also finds creative ways to integrate her interests in movement, meditation, animals, outdoor activities, social justice and sustainable living into her practice.  She holds monthly Healing Foundations Workshop for her community to share basic tools for self-care, to promote collective care and to unleash their inner healer abilities.

Sessions are available in English and Tagalog
